ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY FACULTY

Programs in the Engineering & Technology (IET) department at Central Michigan University have enjoyed a reputation of excellence and strength during much of the 20th century. The 21 century presents new challenges. Indeed, the knowledge explosion in technology during the latter half of this century is unparalleled in history. With this knowledge explosion have come new challenges but also new and exciting opportunities in the form of new technologies. The application and refinement of new and powerful techniques to existing and yet unknown problems and issues will most assuredly lead to major developments and breakthroughs.

Programs offered in Engineering and Technology provide students with the training to effectively participate in and contribute to education and industry. A dedicated and well-trained faculty and excellent classroom and laboratory facilities assure that the reputation of excellence of Engineering & Technology programs will continue to grow.

Instruction is offered by 14 graduate faculty leading to MA degrees in Industrial Education, and Industrial Management and Technology.
