SAFETY

The Safety Laboratory is essentially a classroom area with storage areas to house equipment used to monitor the work environment. Equipment housed in this laboratory includes: a broad range of personal protective equipment, noise dosimeter which provides an eight hour time weighted average, sound level meters, microwave testing, illumination level meter, sampling pumps, air quality monitoring such as oxygen level, H2S, carbon monoxide, combustibility, and explosion detectors.
